Return & Refund

Returning or exchanging your order is easy. You will have to notify Mattie within 14 days after receiving your order that you wish to return or exchange your purchased item(s). Your order includes a pre-paid return address sticker that you can use if you are living in the Netherlands. For all the orders placed from outside the Netherlands, the pre-paid return address sticker will be provided after sending us an e-mail to info@mattiepro. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send the Mattie order back to us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.


Returning 
If you wish to cancel and return your order altogether, please fill in the return form or let us know unequivocally in another manner, for instance by sending us an email as explained above within 14 days after you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the shipping company) has received the order. We endeavor to ship all items that you have ordered in one shipment. If this would not be the case, this 14 day period starts after the day that you have received the last item. It is not necessary to inform us about the reason you want to cancel or return your order. After notifying us, you have 14 days to send us the purchased Mattie order back. 

 

Refund
Mattie will give you a refund of all amounts paid to Mattie within 14 days after receipt of such notification, provided the item(s) have been received by us. The refund will include the costs for standard shipping if the entire order is returned. Your refund will be issued through the same means of payment used during the purchase.
